Job Description: As a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase our company's online visibility and improve our social media engagement. You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance our brand awareness and drive traffic to our website. Responsibilities: Develop and implement SMO strategies to optimize our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Create engaging and relevant content for our social media channels that resonates with our target audience. Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions. Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist or similar role. Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
