Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will focus on optimizing website content, improving search engine rankings, and increasing organic traffic. You will collaborate with content creators, developers, and digital marketers to execute effective SEO strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, and content structure.
Develop and implement off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Create monthly SEO reports and provide insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web projects.
Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine trends and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
