About the Role
We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist who can manage day-to-day internal communication, resolve technical issues efficiently, and maintain clear operational documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to modern tools, workflows, and real-time problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to internal Slack queries with accurate and timely technical guidance Troubleshoot issues across internal tools, product stack, and workflows Maintain and update SOPs, checklists, and technical documentation Capture and preserve technical context from conversations and tasks Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear, structured summaries Track recurring issues and suggest process or documentation improvements
Work Model & Shifts Work
Mode: 4 days WFH + 1 day in-office Shift Timing: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM First Month Onboarding: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (In-office)
