E-Commerce Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts across leading marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplace operations, listings, orders, inventory, promotions, and account performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor e-commerce seller accounts on Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit, Flipkart, JioMart and other marketplaces.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and attributes.
Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, returns, cancellations, and account health.
Handle marketplace issues, tickets, and seller support communications.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, and offers.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Coordinate with the design, advertising, and operations teams.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports for clients.
Ensure marketplace policies and compliance requirements are followed.
Analyze marketplace data and suggest strategies to improve sales and visibility.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant e-commerce marketplace experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Blinkit or similar marketplaces.
Good understanding of marketplace seller panels and operations.
Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and expertise.
