At JobsKart.co ("JobsKart", "we", "our", or "us"), we are committed to providing a transparent and secure payment experience for our users. This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding payments made for services offered through our website and mobile application.
By purchasing any service from JobsKart, you agree to this policy.
1. Services Covered
This policy applies to all paid services offered on the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Employer subscription packages
- Featured job postings
- Resume database access
- Hiring credits or tokens
- Advertisement and promotional services
All services are provided on a pre-paid basis unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
2. Payment Methods
We accept online payments through secure, RBI-compliant payment gateways using:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)
- Net Banking
- Wallets (as enabled via gateway providers)
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Pricing & Taxes
User(s) hereby represents and warrants to the Company as follows:
- Prices for services are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST (as mentioned on the invoice).
- We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect services already purchased.
4. Invoicing
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- An automated invoice at your registered email address, and/or
- Access to the invoice through your user dashboard.
5. Refund Policy
JobsKart follows a "No Refund" policy once a service is purchased and activated, except in the following exceptional cases:
5.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios:
- Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same transaction.
- Payment Failure with Debited Amount: If a payment fails, but the amount is debited from your account and not credited to us.
- Service Not Delivered: If a paid service is not activated due to a system error and cannot be provided within 5 business days.
In such cases, users must raise a refund request by writing to support@jobskart.co within 7 days of the transaction, along with:
- Proof of payment (transaction ID/screenshot)
- Account details used for payment
- Reason for refund
5.2 Non-Refundable Services:
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Employer subscriptions once activated;
- Job posts once published;
- Featured listings or resume downloads;
- Partially used service packages;
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction with hiring outcome, or misuse by the employer/user.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Users can cancel subscription auto-renewals (if enabled) through their account settings.
- Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for the period already billed.
- We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused service time.
7. Processing of Approved Refunds
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days;
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only;
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

If unresolved, disputes will be governed by Indian laws and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.

JobsKart reserves the right to update this Payment & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
