Job Description
We are hiring an experienced **IT Sales Executive** for our Jaipur-based IT company. The candidate should have strong exposure to **international IT sales**, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and convert leads into projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle **international clients** (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
* Sell IT services such as **software development, website development, mobile app development, and game development**
* Generate leads via **LinkedIn, email marketing, Upwork, Fiverr, cold calling, and other platforms**
* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
* Follow up with prospects and **close deals**
* Maintain sales data, CRM, and follow-ups
* Coordinate with the development team for project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum **2+ years of experience in IT sales** (mandatory)
* Experience in **international sales**
* **Fluent English** (verbal & written)
* Strong **sales, negotiation, and convincing skills**
* Experience in **lead generation**
* Excellent communication and client-handling ability
* Must have own **laptop**
* Full-time availability at **Jaipur office**
Salary & Benefits
* **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
