We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, engaging potential clients, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships. The role includes explaining our BPM/DMS software solutions, scheduling demos, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
✅ Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi)
✅ Knowledge of IT/software solutions preferred
✅ Strong persuasion, negotiation & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
✨ Experience in selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise software
✨ Familiarity with LinkedIn & digital lead generation tools
✨ Understanding of B2B sales cycles
