We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site solar installation activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing teams, maintaining site quality, and coordinating with technical staff.


? Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site work and ensure project execution as per plan
  • Monitor worker performance, material usage, and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and head office for project needs
  • Report daily progress and maintain site documentation
  • Ensure adherence to installation quality and timelines

✅ Candidate Profile:

  • 1–2 years of site supervision or solar installation experience
  • Strong communication and basic technical knowledge
  • ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related trade preferred
  • Willing to travel to remote or rotating project locations
  • Able to lead teams and handle field responsibilities independently
