Job Title: Outbound Telecaller (Female candidates only)

Location: On-site (278, Patodi Sadan, Shopping Center, Lala Lajpat Rai Circle, Kota, Raj.)
Salary:
Slab-1 (RBSE graduate) ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 + Incentives;
Slab-2 (CBSE graduate) ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 + Incentives
Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Engagement: Initiate calls to potential clients and explain our products and services.
2. Persuasion & Conviction: Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
3. Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with interested leads to ensure successful conversions.
4. Record Keeping: Accurately update and manage the database of leads and follow-up activities.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Previous experience in outbound calling is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for updating lead records and follow-ups.
• High energy, confidence, and a passion driven individuals.
