Job Title: Relationship Manager – Prime Home Loans

Location: Kota

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Prime Home Loans to drive business acquisition and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing Prime Home Loans with an average ticket size of ₹50 lakh–₹1 crore and a proven monthly business of ₹1.5 crore–₹2 crore.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new Home Loan customers.
Generate business through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and referral channels.
Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
Manage the complete loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.
3–8 years of experience in Home Loan/Mortgage sales with a Bank, HFC, or NBFC.
Proven track record in Prime Home Loan sales.
Strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
