Location: Jaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Kota, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Bhilwara

CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹7 LPA (Based on Grade & Experience)

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers for Home Loan sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in sourcing Home Loan business through open market channels, DSAs, connectors, builders, and direct customer acquisition. Candidates must be strong incentive earners with proven sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire Home Loan business through open market sourcing.
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Generate leads and convert them into disbursements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Manage the complete loan process from sourcing to disbursement.
Conduct customer meetings and explain loan products and eligibility.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Track market trends and competitor activities to increase business penetration.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in Home Loan sales from Banks, NBFCs, or Housing Finance Companies.
Strong knowledge of Home Loan products and market sourcing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and earning incentives.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to generate business through self-sourcing and channel networks.
