Resolve customer complaints or issues related to payments, loans, or other financial products.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Follow up with customers on overdue payments and resolve any payment-related concerns.
Promote and cross-sell relevant financial products or services to customers based on their needs.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure customer queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Keep abreast of the latest developments in financial products, services, and regulations.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets and KPIs.
