Key responsibilities include:

  5. Data Management: Updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  6. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and offering solutions.
  7. Reporting: Providing regular updates on call statistics, sales numbers, and customer feedback to management
