ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. In depth knowledge of Earthmover and construction equipment service & Maintenance and having working experience on profile of Service manager. Communicating with Customers , engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered on timely basis. Assigning service engineers in field to resolve issues in machinery having breakdown. Analysing problem in machinery and developing solutions to resolve them. Ensure and develop trainings schedule for service engineers, workshop technicians and other service department persons Qualifications: Min. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. Prior 5-10 years of working experience in Earthmover and Construction equipment will be preferred. Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Can efficiently handle service engineers and customers queries regarding machine breakdown and can resolve them efficiently.
