Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector, and will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and project managers.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell gypsum plaster and other Trimurti products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits, site demonstrations, and product training sessions.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery, payment follow-up, and customer service.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (Preferred: BBA/B.Com/B.Tech – Civil).
1–3 years of field sales experience in building materials, construction chemicals, or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
Basic knowledge of construction practices and material usage.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
