Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals, drive revenue, and enhance brand visibility. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a proactive approach to business development.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and customer relationship management.
  2. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  3. Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals with potential clients.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
  5. Monitor sales performance and generate periodic reports for management review.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  2. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies.
  3. Manage content creation, including blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials.
  4. Coordinate with the design team to create compelling marketing collaterals.
  5. Plan and participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving targets.
  3. Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads).
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  2. Knowledge of the industry-specific trends and practices.
  3. Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Job Type:

Full-time / Part-time / Contract

Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience, plus incentives.
