Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager for the education sector. The ideal candidate will oversee operations, drive growth, and manage a team across multiple locations (Kota & Hadoti). The role requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the education industry, and a passion for improving learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional strategies for business growth and student acquisition.
Manage and mentor a team of coordinators and staff.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency across regional centers.
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and education partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
3-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to drive results and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in team management and regional operations.
