Responsibilities: The Amazon Project Manager's primary objective is to review and update tasks within Asana. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing task descriptions and comments to grasp their purpose thoroughly. Ensuring tasks are appropriately assigned to the relevant personnel, whether within the team (catalog, creative, ads) or externally. Setting reasonable due dates for tasks based on their complexity and dependencies. Strategizing on how to advance tasks effectively. Monitoring tasks at risk of falling behind schedule and proactively reminding or tagging individuals responsible for those tasks. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in Remote Project Management. Proactive with exceptional communication abilities. Strong orientation towards detail and accuracy. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges. Experience with Asana and Amazon projects is advantageous.
