Job Title: Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is field marketing and client acquisition. The candidate will visit prospective project sites, interact with architects, interior designers, builders, and potential clients to introduce and explain our products, generate leads, and bring interested clients to our office/showroom for further discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit construction sites, architect offices, interior designers, and builders to identify potential customers.
Present and explain our products and solutions to prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings at our office/showroom.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
Regularly follow up with prospects to convert leads into business opportunities.
Maintain records of client visits, leads generated, and meeting outcomes.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or business development.
Experience in building materials, interior products, furniture, modular kitchens, plywood, laminates, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently present products and persuade clients.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in field environments.
Must have a two-wheeler or a four-wheeler and valid driving license.
