Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet with potential customers to present products/services and convert leads into sales.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Target Achievement:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements and sales strategies.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and payments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
