Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories to present products/services.
Generate leads and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
Participate in sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
Collect customer feedback and share it with relevant departments for product or service improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales, etc.
Local market knowledge.
Ability to speak Basic English.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary + attractive commission structure.
Full allowance.
