Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling loan products to potential customers. As a Sales Executive you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is an urgent hiring opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: • Actively promote and sell our personal loan products to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. • Identify and engage with prospective customers to understand their financial needs and present the benefits of our personal loan offerings. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and increase sales opportunities. • Conduct thorough financial assessments to determine customers' eligibility for personal loans and provide appropriate loan recommendations based on their needs. • Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and any related queries to customers in a clear and concise manner. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the organization. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns to attract new customers. • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and maintain a competitive edge. • Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer preferences, market trends, and sales strategies.
