Job Location: 60. New DHANMANDI DCM ROAD KOTA

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base by promoting and selling FMCG products within their assigned territory. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Conduct regular visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the region.
Ensure product availability and visibility at key retail locations.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding market demands and customer preferences.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
