Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO)
? No. of Openings: 60 positions across Rajasthan (Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Udaipurwati, Fatehpur, Ajmer, Kuchamancity, Beawer, Kota, Sawaimadhopur)
Job Responsibilities:
? 100% Field Job – Loan Disbursement & Installment Collection
? Sourcing and identifying potential female customers
? Forming groups of 5 female members and disbursing loans
? Recovery/Collection of loans
? Bike is Compulsory | Aadhaar Card & PAN Card are mandatory
? Location: Across Rajasthan (Jaipur, Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Udaipurwati, Fatehpur, Ajmer, Kuchamancity, Beawer, Kota, Sawaimadhopur)
Salary & Growth:
? Starting Salary: ₹11,095/month
? Post 3 Months (Confirmation): ₹13,500/month
? After 6 Months: ₹15,000/month
