Job Description

Field Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients at their premises to understand project needs and offer tailored solutions.
Regularly meet and build rapport with architects and interior designers to generate consistent project leads.
Gather and document project-specific data from site visits and business partners.
Conduct presentations, demos, and site assessments as required.
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

In-House Responsibilities:

Welcome and attend to walk-in clients at the showroom or experience center.
Understand client requirements, showcase product options, and explain features and benefits.
Provide detailed product demos and help clients visualize integration with their space.
Prepare and share quotations, BOQs, and proposals.
Maintain showroom presentation and ensure all client interactions are logged in CRM.

General Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for seamless execution.
Keep detailed records of leads, meetings, and conversions.
Collect customer feedback and market trends to support business development strategy.
