Location:Hadoti Region (Kota, Bundi, Baran, Jhalawar), Rajasthan

Industry:Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)

Reporting To:Regional Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the Hadoti region.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Officers and Field Executives to ensure optimal performance.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Distributor & Retailer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
  • Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and trade marketing activities to boost product sales and brand awareness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
