We are hiring for a cafe and restaurant chain in jaipur for multiple locations

open vacancy -

Waiter / Steward , Captain (Service Supervisor), Kitchen Helper, Commi Chef, Housekeeping, UT, Kitchen Supervisor

Responsibility

Waiter / Steward

Take orders and serve food & beverages
Ensure guest satisfaction and quick service
Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service

Captain (Service Supervisor)

Supervise waiters and manage floor operations
Handle guest complaints and ensure service quality
Take special orders and manage table allocation
Train and guide service staff

Kitchen Helper

Assist chefs in food preparation
Clean utensils, kitchen area, and equipment
Support in basic cutting, washing, and storage
Maintain hygiene and safety standards

Commi Chef (Chommi)

Assist in cooking and food preparation
Follow recipes and chef instructions
Maintain quality and presentation of dishes
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Housekeeping

Clean restaurant, kitchen, and washrooms
Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
Dispose of waste properly
Support in overall cleanliness of the outlet

Kitchen Supervisor

supervise daily kitchen operations and staff
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Manage kitchen hygiene and safety compliance
Coordinate with chefs and service team for smooth operations
Monitor stock, inventory, and reduce wastage
Train and guide kitchen staff
Handle kitchen scheduling and discipline
