Job Description

  • Production capacity to be enhance by extra efforts.
  • Coordinate with all team’s leaders for fast production.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Lead and manage a team of production personnel, including supervisors, operators, and technicians.
  • Provide regular task to all concern departments for fast dispatches.
  • Smooth fabrication tactics to be apply for bucket orders.
  • Manage material for Dispatch & Packing supervisors.
  • Manage WIP stock elements.
  • Clear issues if any object not clearing QC.
  • Men-power distribution to all concern Supervisors as per availability & as per work pressure.
  • Provide data to all departments as per planning.
  • Ready material from Factory contractors for planning sites.
  • Factory Contractor material data to be manage.
  • Ensure to clear every department’s material as per QAP.
  • Guide to team members for Quality objectives regularly.
  • Find out what material is required for dispatch & ready it from all respect.
  • Monthly forecast material to be ready as per planning given.

Skills

  • Able to understand Auto Cad drawings.
  • Person is well known regarding Sheet Metal.
  • Basic Fundamentals of Engineering should be clear.
  • Able to work under Pressure & can manage things under Pressure.
  • Hard worker for Core Production.
  • Person should be known related to Quality Objectives & relevant equipment.
