Role & responsibilities
Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations in Plant
Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
Should be able to manage safety aspects at the site.
Ability to assess the requirements of Tools and Tackles
Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities and according to monthly plan.
Ensure Production cost is within the Planned Production Cost indicated for the Project.
