Hands-on experience with static and dynamic routing technologies Good knowledge of DHCP, DNS, NAT, ACL, QoS, STP, LACP, VLAN Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving network and firewall-related issues. Replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP Troubleshoot network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services. Knowledge and working experience in L3 and L2 switches & Routers. Knowledge of Routing & Switching Protocol, Network Monitoring, and remote management tools Knowledge of MPLS and VPN network support, Troubleshoot errors, Handle peripheral devices & network and Ensure customer satisfaction.
