Job Description

Job Title: IT Hardware and Networking Engineer

Location: Kota


Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routing, switches, firewalls, VPN, and MPLS.
  • Plan and implement network maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
  • Collaborate with service providers and vendors to resolve disruptions and device failures.
  • Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation for internal and customer use.
  • Manage critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure service quality.
  • Optimize network performance and ensure high availability using protocols like BGP, MPLS, and OSPF.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BGP, MPLS, OSPF, VPN, and high availability technologies.
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and Arista, Cisco, Juniper devices.
  • Vendor certifications (CCNP, JNCIP, etc.) are a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks.
