Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Marketing Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers
• Meet clients and explain company products/services
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Conduct market visits and promotional activities
• Follow up with interested customers
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements
• Help in planning marketing strategies and campaigns
• Represent the company in a professional manner
Required Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
• Confidence in client handling and negotiation
• Ability to work on targets
• Team player with positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge
• Field work readiness
Qualification:
• Graduate / Undergraduate
• Freshers can also apply
• Experience in sales/marketing will be preferred
Additional Requirements:
• Must have a presentable personality
• Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
