As we scale across multiple locations, we are looking for an experienced professional who can help us standardize operations, build SOPs, train manpower, and establish world-class quality processes.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
✔️ Premium laundry & dry cleaning operations
✔️ Staff training and skill development
✔️ SOP creation and process standardization
✔️ Quality control and garment care
✔️ Multi-store operations and audits
Preferred Background:
* Pressto
* Tumbledry
* UClean
* Guardini
* The Laundry House
* Premium laundry chains
* 4-star / 5-star hotel laundry operations
* Commercial laundry facilities
Role Responsibilities:
* Design and implement operational SOPs
* Train and certify store teams
* Improve quality and reduce customer complaints
* Build scalable processes for rapid expansion
* Conduct audits and establish performance standards
Location: Jaipur (with travel as required)
