Site Measurement & Estimation Executive (Windows & Modular Kitchen)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically sound professional who can handle site measurements, preparation of quotations, and verification of project details for aluminium windows and modular kitchen projects. The role requires a balance of fieldwork and office-based estimation work.

Key Responsibilities

? Site Work

Visit customer sites for accurate measurement of windows, doors, and modular kitchens
Understand site conditions, levels, and installation feasibility
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal team during site visits

? Estimation & Quotation

Prepare detailed quotations using company software (e.g., EVA ERP or similar)
Select appropriate product configurations (sliding windows, casement, kitchen layouts, etc.)
Ensure correct specifications for:
Profiles
Glass types
Hardware
Accessories

? Review & Coordination

Review quotations for accuracy, costing, and completeness
Coordinate with sales/design team for revisions
Ensure all measurements and designs match site conditions

? Documentation & Reporting

Maintain proper records of:
Site measurements
Drawings
Quotations
Share reports and updates with management

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔️ Must-Have

Ability to read basic drawings and layouts
Good numerical and calculation skills

Preferred

Knowledge of software like:
Excel
ERP systems (EVA or similar)
Prior experience in:
Windows industry
Modular kitchen industry

Skill Preference

Design CAD Design (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) Cost Estimation Communication Attention To Detail

12th Pass
