Job Description – B2B Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Position Summary:

Sadhwani Plywood is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to handle sales of plywood, boards, laminates, and modular kitchen solutions. The role involves dealer handling, architect/interior designer coordination, and project-based sales.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate and manage B2B sales for plywood, boards, laminates, and modular kitchen products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and dealers
Visit architects/interior designers regularly to generate modular kitchen and project enquiries
Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure and payment follow-up
Coordinate with factory/production and installation teams for smooth execution of orders
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals as per company policies
Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry data, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (plywood, modular kitchen, hardware, or interior products preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Good understanding of modular kitchen products and interior materials
Ability to work independently and in the field
Two-wheeler required for market visits

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in plywood / modular kitchen / interior industry
Local market knowledge of architects and builders
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
