Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Sales & Field Marketing Executive responsible for generating leads, meeting clients on-site, closing deals, and expanding market presence. The candidate will work directly in the field to build dealer, contractor, architect, and institutional networks.

This role is target-oriented and requires strong negotiation skills, discipline, and daily reporting.


Key Responsibilities

1. Field Sales Execution

  • Conduct daily field visits to dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, carpenters, and institutional buyers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications.

2. Market Development

  • Identify new markets and expand distribution channels.
  • Appoint and manage dealers/distributors.
  • Collect competitor pricing and strategy insights.
  • Create demand at the end-user level.

3. Marketing Activities

  • Coordinate product promotions, exhibitions, and site activations.
  • Distribute brochures, samples, and marketing materials.
  • Support branding and visibility initiatives in assigned territory.

4. Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotations and payments.
  • Handle basic objections and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily visit reports (DVR).
  • Maintain lead database and sales pipeline.
  • Report weekly progress to management.
  • Track payment collections and outstanding dues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with field travel.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
