Job Summary We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins. Build responsive and high-performance websites using WordPress. Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure websites are visually appealing and user-friendly. Optimize website performance and troubleshoot issues. Implement website security measures. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of websites. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications For Freshers: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Familiarity with WordPress and its core functionalities. Knowledge of responsive design principles. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. For Experienced Candidates: Proven experience in WordPress development (portfolio or examples of work). Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Experience with creating custom WordPress themes and plugins. Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and best practices. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Familiarity with web performance optimization. Understanding of SEO principles. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and debugging skills.
