? Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming leads, making outbound calls, explaining our Polyhouse, Greenhouse & Shade Net House products, and converting leads into confirmed orders.

This role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a strong passion for sales.

? Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new and existing leads.
Explain company products (Polyhouse, Greenhouse, Shade Net House, Net House, Drip Irrigation Systems).
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead updates in CRM.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits or orders.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead management.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

? Skills & Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills.
Good command over Hindi (English is a plus).
Confident speaking ability with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of agriculture or farming products is an advantage.
Should be disciplined with follow-ups and time management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, CRM, Excel, calling apps).

? Qualifications

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
1–3 years of tele-sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Experience in agriculture, sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.
