Job Overview
We are looking for a versatile, organized, and energetic professional to manage our school’s front-line operations and academic transitions. During the peak admission season, you will be the "Face of the School," managing parent inquiries, fee collection, and administrative tasks. Once the admission cycle concludes, you will transition into a teaching role for Classes 1–3, ensuring high-quality primary education and student engagement.
1. Key Responsibilities
Phase A: Front Desk & Admission Management (Admissions Session)
Visitor Management: Greet parents, students, and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Lead Management: Answer phone calls, respond to admission inquiries, and provide detailed information about school USPs, fee structures, and the NEP 2020 curriculum.
Account Handling: Manage the daily collection of school fees, issue receipts, and maintain an accurate digital and physical ledger of payments.
Petty Cash: Oversee minor school expenses and maintain the daily cash flow register.
Data Entry: Maintain and update student records, admission forms, and lead databases in the school’s ERP or MS Excel.
Communication: Draft and send circulars, WhatsApp alerts, and emails to parents regarding school updates.
Phase B: Primary Teaching (Post-Admission Session)
Classroom Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Classes 1, 2, or 3 in core subjects (English, Maths, or EVS).
Lesson Planning: Develop creative lesson plans aligned with NCF (National Curriculum Framework) guidelines.
Student Assessment: Conduct regular tests, grade assignments, and track the holistic progress of each child.
Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM): Discuss student performance with parents and offer academic counseling.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing school functions, annual days, and extra-curricular activities.
2. Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, or B.Sc.). A B.Ed. or NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) is highly preferred for the teaching phase.
Accounts Knowledge: Proficiency in basic bookkeeping, cash handling, and MS Excel (sum, filter, VLOOKUP basics).
Communication: Fluent in Hindi and proficient in English (verbal and written).
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience with children, and a "problem-solver" attitude for handling parent concerns.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front-office management, counseling, or primary teaching is a plus. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
