We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, guiding the sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the company’s real estate projects.
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase project bookings.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation.
• Handle high-value clients and close premium property deals.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaign planning.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
