We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Kota. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview results.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Assist candidates through the hiring process, from initial contact to onboarding.
