About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Gym Trainer who can guide, motivate, and train clients to achieve their fitness goals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of workout techniques, nutrition basics, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct personal and group training sessions for members.
Guide clients on exercise form, technique, and safety during workouts.
Develop customized workout plans based on client needs and fitness levels.
Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment.
Track client progress and provide motivation to achieve goals.
Maintain a clean and safe gym environment.
Provide basic diet and lifestyle advice to complement fitness plans.
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and training techniques.

Requirements

Certification in fitness training (ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) preferred.
Knowledge of different training methods — weight training, cardio, HIIT, functional training, etc.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and motivating personality.
Ability to handle multiple clients with professionalism.
