Job Description

Role: Shift In-Charge – Dark Store

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily shift operations and ensure 10–15 min order SLA.
  • Lead store associates, allocate manpower and manage shift productivity.
  • Monitor OPD, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory accuracy and shrinkage.
  • Ensure stock availability, replenishment and proper FIFO/FEFO practices.
  • Handle customer/order escalations and operational issues.
  • Maintain 5S, safety, hygiene and process compliance.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners, QA/QC and support teams.
  • Prepare shift reports and ensure smooth handover to the next shift.
  • Drive productivity, reduce errors and minimize operational losses.

(preference for Quick-Commerce, Retail Candidate and Immediate joiner)
