We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic IT Tele calling Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in the IT industry. This role involves promoting our products and services through tele calling, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound tele calling to prospective clients to promote IT products and services. - Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities. - Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. - Maintain and update customer databases. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies. - Prepare and present sales reports to management. Requirements: - Proven experience in tele calling, sales, and marketing, preferably in the IT industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. - Ready to sign a 1-year bond. - Managing customer relationship. - Ensure sales growth. - Product development, Manage workload and Sell products & services.
