Job Role: FMCG Sales Executive at GrowFitz

Job Summary: GrowFitz is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our FMCG products, building strong relationships with retailers, and ensuring consistent market growth. Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retailers to expand the presence of GrowFitz products in the Jaipur market.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing retail partners to ensure repeat orders.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Product Visibility: Ensure our products are well-displayed and easily accessible at all retail outlets.
Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities and provide regular feedback to the management team.
Order Processing: Manage daily sales orders and ensure timely delivery and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a field-based sales role.
Strong interest in the FMCG sector and a target-oriented mindset.
Freshers or experienced candidates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
