Customer Support Executive / Telecaller (Logistics & Courier Industry)

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support (Primary Role)

Handle customer queries through chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
Resolve shipment, pickup, delivery, RTO, and tracking-related issues.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
Raise and follow up on support tickets until closure.
Provide shipment updates and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/support system.

Telecalling & Sales (Secondary Role)

Contact potential customers and explain Shiplifi's courier services.
Generate new business leads through outbound calling.
Convert interested prospects into active customers.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Meet monthly calling and sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English speaking and writing skills preferred.
Good typing speed and computer knowledge.
Ability to multitask and solve customer issues efficiently.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and chat.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, BPO, Call Centre, Logistics, Courier, E-commerce, CRM, or Sales will be an advantage.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
