Query Resolution: Address client grievances professionally and provide accurate information based on company scripts.
Data Management: Accurately log call outcomes, update customer details, and schedule callbacks in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and average handling time).

Essential Requirements

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or formal sales training is a plus.

Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and dialer tools.
