Are you a customer sales rockstar with excellent English and Hindi communication skills and strong MS Office (Excel) skills? Join our team!

As a Customer Sales Executive, you will handle customer queries, convert inquiries into sales, and ensure an excellent buying experience from first message to final delivery.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs, recommending the right products, and closing orders confidently.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: product guidance, size/help, pricing, order confirmation, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination.
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products (combos, accessories, add-ons) to improve order value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, accounts, design) to resolve order-related or complex customer issues.
  • Maintain customer records and sales tracking using MS Excel/Google Sheets (leads, conversions, follow-ups, cancellations, refunds).
  • Prepare basic reports (daily sales, conversion rate, response time, common objections) and suggest improvements.
  • Follow sales scripts and processes, and contribute to improving customer sales SOPs and communication templates.
  • Stay updated on product catalog, ongoing offers, policies, and brand tone to ensure accurate communication.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsStrong spoken and written English + Hindi
  • Confident in sales conversations, negotiation, and closing
  • Good MS Excel / Google Sheets skills (basic formulas, tracking, reporting)
  • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer sales/support is a plus (e-commerce preferred)
