Currently, We are hiring Career Counsellor

  • Minimum qualification: Any Post Graduate (Science, Commerce, Arts, MBA, JMC)/ Masters in Psychology preferred with Career 70% and above.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Career Counselling
  • Salary: 35,000/- to 40,000/- p.m. Negotiable based on the last drawn salary

Skills Required:

  • Fluency in communication in English, Odia, & Hindi
  • Neutral English communication
  • Research and content development Skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Exposure to Career Counselling for School students & Graduates
  • Exposure to Google Drive
  • Committed and efficient in addressing the students
  • Ability to manage events
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexible to timing as per the requirement of the company

Job Description:

  • Hold over diverse career options in 6 different domains (Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational, Competitive, Neutral).
  • Preparing the flow for different career queries related to chatbot.
  • Preparing required career content, script for the project
  • Learning skills of career counselling.
  • Solving career queries of clients as per requirement.
  • Maintaining cases and records of career counselling
  • Attending In-house career counselling sessions
  • Developing and coordinating with counsellors to develop materials for career counselling
  • Monitoring virtual and physical Counselling sessions
  • Career Expert hunt
