? Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic, people-driven Sales & Onboarding Executives who can build strong relationships with healthcare providers and help patients access quality care.

This role involves:

  • Onboarding healthcare professionals & partners
  • Driving home healthcare sales
  • Field execution + relationship management

? Key Responsibilities? A. Healthcare Partner Onboarding (B2B)You will onboard and manage:

  • ? Hospitals & ClinicsPitch hospital appointment & lead system
  • Onboard hospitals with departments & slots
  • ? Diagnostic LabsOnboard labs for test bookings & home sample collection
  • Coordinate pricing and service areas
  • ? Pharmacy StoresOnboard local pharmacies
  • Explain online stock listing, prescription orders & delivery flow
  • ? Physiotherapy Clinics & DoctorsOnboard clinics & home-visit physiotherapists
  • Promote appointment & home visit bookings
  • ? Ambulance ServicesOnboard ambulance owners & drivers
  • Explain real-time emergency booking benefits
  • ? Blood Banks & Donor NetworksConnect with blood banks
  • Support blood availability & donor onboarding
  • ?‍⚕️ Medical & Non-Medical StaffOnboard nurses, caretakers, attendants, and support staff
  • Assist with document collection & verification
  • ? B. Home Healthcare Sales (B2C)Generate and convert leads for:

  • Nursing care at home
  • Caretaker services
  • Physiotherapy at home
  • Visit hospitals, clinics, societies, and patient homes
  • Counsel patients & families and close bookings
  • ? C. Field Sales & Local ActivationConduct field visits and onboarding drives
  • Build strong local healthcare networks
  • Distribute onboarding material & QR codes
  • Act as the face of Aviz Healthcare in your city
  • ? D. Reporting & CoordinationDaily reporting of:

  • Onboarded partners
  • Sales conversions
  • Field visits
  • Coordinate with operations, tech, and marketing teams
  • ? Skills & Qualifications✅ Required SkillsStrong communication & convincing skills
  • Comfortable with field work & meeting new people
  • Ability to explain app-based solutions simply
  • Relationship-building mindset
  • Basic smartphone & app usage knowledge
  • ? Preferred BackgroundExperience in:

  • Healthcare / Pharma / Medical sales
  • Hospital marketing
  • Field sales or business development
  • Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
  • Freshers with strong confidence are welcome
